Shipping & Local Pickup

Creature Corner currently ships within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated and shown to you during checkout, before you pay — nothing is charged until you confirm your order.

How Shipping Works

• Most items ship via a standard parcel carrier, based on the size of the piece.
• Some artwork — due to size, fragility, or one-of-a-kind construction — may require a special or manual shipping arrangement. If a piece falls into this category, it will be noted on its product page, and Creature Corner will follow up with you directly about shipping cost before anything is finalized.
• Please double-check your shipping address before completing payment. Once a package has shipped, Creature Corner isn't able to retrieve or redirect it.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available only on products specifically marked as pickup-eligible — you'll see that option at checkout if it applies to your order. Pickup location and timing are arranged directly with Creature Corner after your order is placed.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Work

Many Creature Corner pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Each is carefully packed to reduce the risk of damage in transit. If something does arrive damaged, see the Returns & Damage Policy for what to do next.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once Creature Corner's order system supports it directly. In the meantime, you'll be notified by email once your order ships.
