These terms cover purchases made through the Creature Corner website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products & Pricing

Product descriptions, photos, and prices are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible — but handmade pieces may vary slightly from photos due to the nature of the materials and process. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Availability & One-of-a-Kind Work

Many Creature Corner pieces are one-of-a-kind or made in very limited quantity. Availability shown on the site reflects current inventory, but in rare cases an item may sell out or become unavailable before your order is confirmed. An order is not final until payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

Order Issues & Cancellations

If an error, inventory issue, or other problem prevents Creature Corner from fulfilling your order, Creature Corner reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Pickup

Orders are fulfilled by shipping or local pickup as described on the Shipping & Local Pickup page, depending on what's available for the specific item.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and images on this site remain the copyrighted work of the artist (Graham Payne / Creature Corner). Purchasing a physical piece transfers ownership of that object only — it does not transfer any reproduction, commercial, or other intellectual-property rights in the artwork. Artwork and photos may not be reproduced, sold, or used commercially without permission.

Commissions

Custom or commissioned work may be subject to additional terms agreed to directly between Creature Corner and the customer at the time of the commission — see the Commissions page.
